Kathryn (Katie) Antonopulos, MS, RDN, LDN

Nutrition Therapist | Memphis, TN Office + Virtual

Katie is passionate about helping clients cultivate a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. She earned her Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Memphis, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Katie began her career as an inpatient / outpatient dietitian at a local hospital, where she saw firsthand the harm caused by weight-biased healthcare. This experience deepened her commitment to creating a supportive, compassionate space for clients to quiet the “food noise” and embrace their unique bodies.

Katie’s passion for eating disorder care is rooted in her own history as a competitive gymnast. Growing up in an environment marked by body comparison and restrictive eating led to years of under-fueling, over-exercising, and poor quality of life during adolescence. Later, she supported a loved one through eating disorder treatment, giving her even greater empathy for the challenges faced by those directly and indirectly impacted by eating disorders. These personal and professional experiences fuel her mission to guide adolescents and adults toward food freedom and body acceptance.

Katie’s areas of focus include:

  • Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating

  • Intuitive Eating

  • Sports Nutrition

  • Body Image Healing

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner and caring for her lively menagerie of seven cats and eighteen chickens — their quiet company and fresh eggs are a daily reward! An experienced CrossFit Level 1 Instructor and Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Katie enjoys physical activity as well as baking and whittling with a cup of tea!
