Memphis Nutrition Group is a specialty group practice of Registered Dietitians in Tennessee and Alabama.
Our team is comprised of Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitians, Certified Specialists in Sports Dietetics, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselors providing nutrition therapy, sports nutrition coaching, and professional speaking & consulting utilizing a non-diet, weight inclusive approach.
Our mission is to help individuals and families reconnect with their bodies, find confidence and clarity in their everyday choices, and create a peaceful, balanced approach to food that tastes good and feels even better.
We offer in-person nutrition services in Memphis, Tennessee and Birmingham, Alabama. Our dietitians are also licensed to provide virtual services in several states via our telehealth platform.

Non-Diet Nutrition Counseling

Sports Nutrition
Home to the mid-south's only Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), we understand the importance of individualized fueling plans that match training demands for all levels (recreational to pro) and types of athletes. Memphis Nutrition Group was established in 2016 out of a deep passion for supporting people along their journeys toward a better relationship with food and their bodies. Over time, we've grown to a team of 6 Registered Dietitians who serve as trusted allies, providing tools, resources, and thoughtful insight, breaking down science in digestible bites, and addressing a wide variety of nutrition-related concerns.
